Saturday

09:00 – 09:45 Warm up

10:00 – 10:45 Talk: Pavlov vs. the Reptilian brain: dealing with stressors

10:45 – 12:00 Introduction to posture and `front foot` approach plus boxing round with video.

12:00 – 12:45 Lunch

12:45 – 13:00 Baby yin

13:00 – 13:45 Incorporating proper kinetics and `front foot` approach through boxing and Taijiquan

13:45 – 15:00 Natural movement fun/challenging exercises - learning to adapt to foreign situations or obstacles/stressors.

 

Sunday

09:00 – 10:00 Warm up including time to practise `front foot` training approach

10:00 – 10:45 Boxing with video to see the improvements and adaptations

11:00 – 11:30 Talk: The Centred Brain

11:30 – 12:00 Questions, final take home message and how to incorporate these teachings in your daily life.

12 noon Lunch including reflection/discussion
